# Reviews

> How reviews and supporter walls work.

Two different things live on a wallet's public card, and they answer different questions: **reviews** are what people say about you, **supporters** are who has paid you. Reviews and the supporter wall builds trust, especially so on a professional wallet.

## Reviews

Anyone signed in to Loosh can review any public wallet that isn't their own. You do not have to have paid the person first — a review is an opinion, not a receipt.

Leaving one takes a tap: open the wallet's card, choose a star rating, and optionally write something. The rating is required and the text is not.

A few things worth knowing before you post:

* **Reviews cannot be edited or deleted afterwards.** Not by you, not by the person you reviewed. Read it back before you submit.
* **Your name and picture are attached**, from your personal wallet, unless you have made that wallet private.
* You can leave one review per wallet per day.

There is a **Make this review public** switch, on by default. Turn it off and the review stays private — it will not appear on the card or count toward the average. There is no screen that shows it back to you either, so treat that as a rating you are keeping to yourself.

## Where they show up

On the wallet's public card as a star average with the most recent few, and a full list behind **See all** where you can filter by rating. For service providers, the rating also appears in Discover search results, and you can sort and filter by it there.

## Reporting a review

Tap the **…** on a review, or long-press it, and pick a reason. Loosh reviews every report by hand.

<Note>
  Reporting does not hide a review, and you will not get a confirmation or a reference number — the report goes to a queue our admin personnel works through. You can only report a given review once; try again and the app tells you it already has your report.
</Note>

If we uphold a report we redact the review, and it comes off the card and out of the average. Nothing is left in its place.

## Supporter walls

A supporter wall shows who has paid a wallet — a public thank-you list. Turn it on from the wallet's **Supporter Wall** tile. It is **off by default**, and it is not available on personal wallets.

Each entry shows the supporter's name, their picture, how long ago it was, and **the amount they gave**.

<Warning>
  Amounts are public on a supporter wall. If you would rather not appear by name when you pay someone, turn off **Show my name on supporter walls** under **Account → Profile → Edit** — you will show as *Anonymous*. The amount and date still appear.
</Warning>

That setting covers every wallet you support, not one at a time, and it applies to entries you have already left as well as new ones — switch it off and you become Anonymous everywhere at once.
