Open a wallet, tap Withdraw, and enter an amount. Withdraw all fills in the most you can take in one go — your available balance, or the per-withdrawal maximum if that is lower. You need a verified identity before you can withdraw anything (how that works). Organization wallets, and Service wallets registered as a business, also need their own verification approved before Withdraw unlocks.

Two ways to be paid

eWallet pays out to your number only, never someone else’s. Organization wallets use EFT only.

Adding a bank account

Account → Payment methods → Add bank account, or straight from the withdrawal flow. You choose the bank and account type and enter the account and branch numbers.
Check the bank account number you enter carefully: it is not verified, If the withdrawal money ends up in the wrong bank account, it can not be reversed

What you pay

The review screen shows the whole breakdown before you commit:
  • Withdrawal amount — what you asked for
  • Platform fee — calculated as a percentage of your withdrawal
  • One-time KYC fee — only on your first withdrawal ever, then never again
  • You receive — what actually lands in your account
There is also a minimum and a maximum per withdrawal, shown on the amount screen, and those apply to both methods. Fees and limits differ by country and can change, so the app is where you read them rather than this page. Sending and receiving inside Loosh is free — the platform fee lives here, on the way out.

Confirming

You enter an OTP code we text your verified cell number. It is valid for five minutes, and verifying it submits the withdrawal — there is no separate confirm step after it.

After that

The money leaves your wallet immediately and the status shows Withdrawal requested while the payout is prepared. It updates itself when things change, and you get a notification when it is paid. Payouts go out in batches, which is why the estimate is one to two business days rather than minutes. If it fails, your balance is refunded in full — including the one-time KYC fee if that withdrawal was your first, so you are never charged twice for it. The reason is shown and Try again restarts the flow.
Once a withdrawal is requested, it can not be cancelled.

Keeping track

Withdrawal History on the wallet lists what you have withdrawn, and tapping any row shows the date, the status and the fees that were charged.
