Three ways in, all landing in the same place:
  • Cellphone number — we text you a 6-digit code.
  • Email address — you choose a password, and we email you a code.
  • Google account — we use the name and picture on your Google profile as a starting point.
Whichever you pick, we also ask you to confirm the other contact detail — during sign-up, or as a reminder afterwards. Both are used to secure your account and reach you about your money.

Details you need to complete

Use the name exactly as it appears on your ID document. It has to match when you verify your identity later.
Your ID number, date of birth and gender cannot be changed in the app once identity verification is completed. Your name locks the moment you start identity verification. Everything else — cell number, email, picture — you can change any time.

Secure your device

Set a 4-digit PIN for your device. It never leaves your phone — we hold no copy of it, so nobody at Loosh can look it up or reset it for you. Withdrawals are confirmed separately, with an OTP code we text to your verified cell number. Biometrics are offered next and are entirely optional. Turning them on just means you use your face or fingerprint where you would otherwise type the PIN.

What you get straight away

A personal wallet in your own name, ready to receive money, plus a sign-up bonus held for you. The bonus shows as Bonus pending until your identity is verified — it is a promise at that stage, not money in your balance.

Next: verify your identity

Required before you can withdraw. It also releases your sign-up bonus, which is limited to one per person.
